Relish what movement can be done, even if that's not much. This is the attitude of play.
So you can only do one pull up? Then enjoy that one pull up. Be willing to keep doing that one pull up and in time will you will find the strength to do two. Then keep doing two pull ups and in time you'll find the strength to do three, and so on.
Just be willing to do what you can do today in good form. The rest will take care of itself.
